Step 5: Roles and Responsibilities Modern Homes: Identifies and purchases properties, manages remodeling, markets, and sells them. Investor: Provides funds and approves property and remodeling plans. Step 6: Legal and Compliance Compliance: Ensure remodeling complies with local laws. Legal Framework: Define dispute resolution and exit strategies. Step 7: Documentation and Reporting Reporting: Monthly updates and financial reports from Modern Homes. Documentation: Records of all transactions and work provided to both parties. Step 8: Agreement Signing and Initiation Signing: Review and sign the agreement before any transactions. Initiation: Investor funds the first property upon signing.
