This modern home is located in San-Francisco, it’s a complete renovation of Xaio-Yen House. Attractive modern home with a combination of steel structure with wooden walls that matched the design to maximize natural light with large windows. Other interesting combinations seen in the furniture where a traditional desk with cabinets and an absolutely futuristic chairs of white and red plastic. Most of the furniture is modern with a calm color scheme, white and natural wood. This home has a private room with a hot whirlpool. A hidden place to relax and cool for the owner after a hard day. Craig Steely Architecture Studio renovated into a modern home that is functional.

Canadian architectural firm YH2 Architects has designed a modern home design called Geometry In Black, Situated among lush trees in a forest at Saint-Hippolyte, Quebec. According  its name, this house has an interesting form of modern geometry with one corner of the building is tapered. It has a wood brown color on one of the main side and black on its front façade. In addition, the interior of this home has a wooden floor to harmonize with the exterior and natural surroundings. While the white color on the walls are reflecting the modern interior design.

This is a modern home renovation in Auckland, New Zealand. It’s designed by Pattersons Associates in 1993 has won some Awards.  On the modern house view of its facade with the characteristic has a steel screen to function as solar control, it overlooking the courtyard and swimming pool. The interior room on the first floor living room, kitchen, and the other has a unique ceiling with wooden intersection.
