L House Bellevue Hill is a house that was renovated to maximize views of the city area by providing a broad window volume. A new look is contemporary in design and its materials. This house was redesigned and renovated by Bruce Stafford Architects.

This renovation seeks to combine low maintenance living whilst addressing and maximizing the expansive westerly city views. The entry space at the center of the house is a double volume with clerestory windows which allows light into the core of the house as well as providing the primary circulation for both levels. Powder coated shutters provides privacy and shading to the more exposed spaces. Clean, contemporary lines combine with cool greys and whites and warm Tallow wood flooring and decking to create a simple, understand backdrop for easy family living.
