Skehan House is a three-phased development located in booterstown Dublin.The site was acquired with an existing 1960s office building which has since been refurbished.The final phase of the development consists of a new residential building within the existing mature landscape.Skehan House, comprising of apartments, provides a good example of sustainable infill development in a suburban setting close to good transport links. The natural features of the site have been exploited to create a unique and high quality environment.
