House design of Schamus Kricorian built on 100 acres of land in front of a lake and forest, was located in Columbia County, New York. It was designed by Specht  Harpman. The house design with  modern home style that take advantages of the beauty around locations as the main factor be built this house.This family house design is very simple with each roof sloping in one direction back.It  has lots of opening glass to capture the surrounding landscape, The  interior also with modern style, it looks at the cream-colored walls with brown wooden floors as well as some of the furniture.

The house demonstrates the sustainable design dictum,”don’t built more house than you need” and in corporates many energy-saving feature and material.The project was featured in the New York Times as a model of sustainable design and is a regular included on the Columbia country sustainable home tour. the main house,guest house,pool and pool house were designed to create an informal precinct of habitation within the 100-acre site.landscape Architect on Piasecki designed paths, planing, and follies within the woods.
