Located in the heart of Seattle’s downtown, The  transparent loft design designed by Jim Olson from Olson Sunberg Kundig Allen Architects (Oska Architects) you can visit it, has  concepts interior transparent design with lot of glass opening makes the city skyline an integral part of the design.Look at almost all room using glass no ecxeption with kitchen partition, with other purpose so gives the impression of clean, simple and widely the whole room.The furnitures with modern design style  and interior color using a modern minimalist style with bright colors and soft such as cream white colors look at the walls, sofas and chairs  and also the addition dark brown color on wood floors and the furnitures to get the contrast color  in the room. Located on plateau, in California with sixty feet below the access road. Stood on two acre existing site. Bell Air Residence that designed by Gwathmey Siegel & associates Architects ,has an orientation program with using the topography layer and integrate the house and surrounding yard.The house is a modern home design that  formed with have no ornament, simple, white color on solid wall, and lots of openings glass to take advantage of affords panoramic Westwood, Pacific Ocean, and Canyon.The interior using  parquet floors and  brown furniture to harmonize with white walls, so as not to reveal the results of  pale color. Almost all rooms has a lot openings glass with inserting lots of natural light to saving usage electricity.
